CURRENT STUDENTS:

• Current students may request a copy of their high school transcript by stopping by the Guidance Office to ask.  Students may also send an email to Patsy Collings - Guidance Secratary (pcollings@stcmo.org) or their guidance counselor Holly Click - 9th and 11th grade (hclick@stcmo.org) and Jena Carroll - 10th and 12th grade jcarroll@stcmo.org). 

 

FORMER STUDENTS:

• Transcripts may be requested from the Guidance Office by telephone, email, mail or by stopping by to ask in person.  Pleae allow 3-5 buisiness days for preparations and mailings.  Individuals should plan accordingly.  

• If leaving a voicemail or sending an email please provide the following information.

            - Your name at the time of your graduation

            - Date of birth

            - Year of graduation or last date of attendance

            - Where you would like the transcript send (include an address or a fax number)

            - Contact number

REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS FOR DUAL CREDIT CLASSES

• If you took a Dual Credit class while in attendance at St Clair High School, you will need to contact the college/university to get your transcript mailed to the college you decided to attend.  The schools require a small fee to send your official transcript.  Please click on the links below to request your transcript.
